The story of an exclusive, divine, and the world’s most expensive extra virgin olive oil was born in the dream of 33-year-old ambitious, bold, and entrepreneurial agronomist Saša Bernobić from the small village of Ohnići, with only about 20 residents, near Vižinada in the Poreč region.
This young but already highly respected olive grower and winemaker, owner of the OH WINE family farm, is dedicated 24/7 to achieving the highest quality standards for his brand, its promotion, and distribution. It is no surprise that even in his dreams, he envisions new ideas and ventures.
One such dream led him to the idea of experimentally producing a completely new and previously unknown type of olive oil in this region – pitted (denocciolato) olive oil.
