Origin and Production Method

OH Juliette is a premium sparkling wine crafted using the traditional method from 100% Chardonnay – a variety that brings refined structure and vibrant freshness. The wine spent 18 months aging on natural lees, allowing it to develop complexity and aromatic richness, characteristic of high-quality sparkling wines.

Vinification and Maturation

Following careful hand-harvesting, the grapes were gently pressed to obtain a clear must that fermented at controlled temperatures. The first fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, while the crucial second fermentation – which creates the natural bubbles – occurred in the bottle following the classic method. During its 18 months on lees, the sparkling wine developed complex aromas and a refined texture, achieving perfect harmony between freshness and elegance.

Characteristics and Taste

OH Juliette shines with delicate, persistent bubbles that bring lightness and elegance to every glass. On the nose, refreshing citrus aromas blend with subtle notes of brioche, developed through extended aging on lees. On the palate, it is smooth and rounded, with a long, creamy finish that evokes true sophistication.

Serve OH Juliette well-chilled at 6–8°C, ideal as an aperitif or paired with light seafood dishes, fresh cheeses, and refined desserts.
