Olive Grove and Harvest<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The OH EVOO 1280 olive groves are located on the hilly terrain of Western Istria, at an altitude of 120\u2013140 meters. The deep red soil, rich in minerals, ensures a naturally limited yield, resulting in exceptional fruit quality. A warm spring and optimal rainfall contributed to even flower development, while a hot summer with a favorable rain distribution enabled abundant blossoming and an ideal oil content in the fruit. The harvest took place in mid-October using mechanical tree shaking.
